Dreamweaver websites tend to be slightly blocky, and old fashioned. You DO NOT need to know html to use dreamweaver however it could be useful. I would recommend learning HTML because if you rely on applications like dreamweaver you cannot get the most out of your website and HTML is like the easiest language to learn.

There is a misunderstanding about Dreamweaver that it is created to completely remove the agency of CSS and HTML coding from the website design.
