One of the reasons you're hiring a real estate agent is so you can take advantage of the experience they've gained from the years they've spent buying and selling property. If they nod their head at everything you say, that may be a sign of incompetence. Your agent should be the one who comes up with a reasonable price for your home, not you.

| You have the choice of interviewing a real estate agent, and likewise, he too has the choice to interview you. Remember that professional and honest agents take their time to select quality clients. |
